Our Returns Policy
At TECHOM Systems Pty Ltd (https://techomsystems.com.au/ )(“we”, “us”, or “our”), we are committed to ensuring our customers receive products in excellent condition and in accordance with their orders. Please read our Return Policy carefully before returning any products.
Eligibility for Returns
To return any product, you must:
- Obtain a Return Material Authorisation Number (RMA#) by contacting us at:

- Provide proof of purchase (invoice or receipt).
- Return the product within 14 days of the RMA# being issued.
- Comply with any reporting or return requirements specified by us or any Third-Party Supplier related to the product.
You are responsible for the cost of returning the product to us unless otherwise agreed.
Inspection Upon Delivery
Upon receiving your product, you must inspect it immediately and notify us in writing within 7 days if you find:
- Damage to the product;
- Suspected defects; or
- Incorrect or missing items.
Faulty or Damaged Products
If the product is faulty, damaged, or not as per your order, we may, at our discretion:
- Replace the product with an equivalent product; or
- Provide a credit note or refund for the price paid.
Returns of Correctly Supplied Products
If you wish to return a product that was correctly supplied and is in accordance with your order:
- Notify us within 7 days of delivery.
- Upon our approval, return the product in its original condition.
- Refunds, if applicable, will be issued as a credit note after we receive and inspect the returned product.
Conditions Not Covered
The following situations are not covered under this Return Policy:
- Products damaged due to misuse, negligence, or tampering;
- Products not returned in their original condition;
- Products past the 14-day return window or without a valid RMA#.
